Amakye Dede survives fatal accident, loses Manager Isaac Yeboah, editor of P&P Newspaper
Highlife musician Abrantie Amakye Dede has been involved in a deadly accident on New Year’s day.
The Highlife great survived the accident, unfortunately his manager, Isaac Yeboah who until his death was the editor of the P&P Entertainment Newspaper.
According to reports, the accident happened at the Bonsu Junction on the Accra-Kumasi highway, few meters away from Paradise resort.
Sources say, Amakye Dede refused the room offered him at the venue, so he decided to change in his car parked along the road with Isaac Yeboah and his bodyguard.
Whiles changing in the car, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter with a failed brake crashed into Amakye’s car.
Dede is said to be responding to treatment in an unnamed hospital. Amakye was scheduled to headline a concert at Abrantie Spot.
