A woman in England named Claire Leeson spent $30,000 on everything from a boob job to spray tans and bum padding to look like Kim Kardashian.
She brought pictures of the 33-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star to assure her plastic surgeon gave her the right look.
Leeson, 24, confirmed on ITV’s This Morning that her bum pads do feel real, and that the increase to her butt size has also increased her self-confidence.
